I am proud to serve as the Director of Plano ISD Head Start, where I have the privilege of supporting our youngest learners, their families, and the teachers who help make their first school experiences so meaningful. I believe every child deserves a welcoming, nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued, loved, and excited to learn.

I am passionate about early childhood education and the incredible growth that happens during these important years. I especially enjoy supporting language development, celebrating each child’s unique strengths, and helping teachers create classrooms where children can build confidence, develop relationships, and discover a love of learning.

I believe families are a child’s first and most important teachers. I want our families to know that we are partners in this journey. By listening to families, learning from one another, and working together, we can give children the support and encouragement they need to feel confident, capable, and ready for what comes next.

Most of all, I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a program that makes a difference in the lives of children and families. My hope is that every child leaves Head Start knowing they are loved, believed in, and capable of great things—and that every family feels welcomed, supported, and valued along the way.
